IDX by Ulric: a licensed platform
A licensed listing feed, kept faithful and kept legal, and the screen that shows whether it is. RESO Web API in, a searchable catalogue and 69 crawlable hub pages out, with the rules enforced in code rather than remembered.
Oregon Counselors
A statewide mental-health directory built, branded, and grown end to end by this studio: custom platform, custom CMS, provider CRM and lead pipeline, a search assistant trained on the live directory, and a native iOS app.
Grace Tarnasky Real Estate
A whole real-estate presence for an agent in The Dalles: her own brand and voice, a CMS she runs herself, and a trained assistant behind it. Her listings are her own records, matched to her Zillow profile, and her neighborhood guides carry real numbers. Built on the same engine as the studio's own site, forked and made entirely hers.
Rose Real Estate
Full business systemization for a Portland realtor: a rose-red brand system, a custom CMS with inline editing, CRM integration with nightly backups, a trained assistant, and a Claude agent harness on her own Mac.
MycoMuse: a licensed psilocybin practice, online in a week
A regulated psilocybin facilitation practice with no path to paid ads. Built for organic search and answer engines from the first pixel: structured data, an LLM-readable site map, an age gate, and a lead pipeline with a human voice.
StayEugene
A direct-booking platform for vacation rentals: listings with a live pricing map, instant booking with confirmation, and a price comparison that shows guests exactly what skipping the platform fees saves. Built on the studio's booking CMS, ready for any rental or booking business.
CUTI Therapy
The site behind Eric's private therapy practice: a statewide telehealth brand (trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming) with transparent rates, insurance billing handled in-house, and direct booking. Built, branded, and ranked by the therapist it belongs to.
UlricCMS
The content system this site runs on: front-end inline editing, a role-based dashboard, a built-in CRM, and an assistant trained on the live database. Built in-house, owned outright.
The Post Creator
A brand-aware social composer built into the CMS: design a post or a whole carousel by touching the preview, draft the words with AI grounded in your own site, and export a pixel-exact image.
The Reel Creator
Turn a clip into a finished vertical reel: place and scale text right on the footage, draft the lines with AI, and the server composites a 1080x1920 MP4, exportable up to 4K.
A booking engine that lives inside the CMS
A custom scheduling module built into UlricCMS and shipped for a live practice in a day. Visitors pick a real open time; the booking lands on your calendar with a meeting link and in your CRM as a lead. Two-way sync, busy-times-only privacy, one-click cancel.
The studio tool bench
A private bench of ten small apps that make the client work faster: a proofing bench for social slides, eight brand-wired design apps, and a 3D scrub builder. None of it deploys anywhere. The files it produces are what ship.

Nine clinical web tools for mental-health professionals, shipped in days each: somatic mapping, bilateral stimulation, IFS parts work, breath pacing, thought records, and a DSM-5 screener. Evidence-cited, private by architecture.
Rust Native Investing Application
A Bloomberg-style, paper-first algorithmic trading terminal: a deterministic strategy + risk engine, AI market research, real-time charts, weekly options flow & contract selection, a natural-language chat over your own database, and a guided bot builder.
OR Counselor Directory (iOS)
Oregon's mental health directory, native on iPhone: every clinician independently verified through the state boards, searchable in seconds, with provider profiles, practices, and fresh articles from Oregon clinicians.
panic.btn
A digital first aid kit for panic attacks, built by a Licensed Professional Counselor: the physiological sigh, clinical grounding, and calming atmospheres, paced by one button, with no account and no data collected.
Mutterly
Voice journaling, 100 percent on-device: speak in 20-second bursts and Mutterly turns scattered thoughts into daily reflections, running open-source models entirely on the iPhone so nothing ever leaves the device.
iLovable
Daily affirmations that don't feel like a poster in a break room: warm, specific, and written with clinical intent.
