When a panic attack hits, nobody has time for menus or a ten-minute meditation. panic.btn is a rescue tool that works now: press the Anchor and it walks the nervous system down using the physiological sigh and grounding techniques from clinical therapy.

Designed by a Licensed Professional Counselor and addiction specialist. Box breathing and evidence-based breath rhythms, calming atmospheres from theta waves to heavy rain, haptic feedback that keeps the pace, symptom tracking, and total privacy: no account, nothing collected. It is the app I wished my clients had between sessions.
