- Custom platform & CMS: a statewide directory of 16,700+ licensed providers with structured profiles, editorial guides, hubs, and programmatic SEO pages, all on a hand-built PHP engine.
- Provider CRM & lead pipeline: match-quiz leads routed to verified providers with delivery tracking, reminders, and a spam blocklist.
- Intelligence where it earns its keep: the Ask assistant (text-to-SQL over an isolated, PII-free database), a trained fix-queue for search-console issues, and an agentic toolchain running daily operations.
- Native iOS app: live on the App Store, sharing the platform's API.
- Growth engine: structured data, sitemap orchestration, IndexNow, and content pipelines holding top-3 Google rankings for its core searches.
Built and maintained end to end by one person and a custom agentic toolchain. In the spirit of full disclosure, this very case study was assembled by that same toolchain.
Stack: PHP, Python, JavaScript, Swift, and SQL, with the agentic toolchain running the build. The studio isn't married to a language; it uses whatever the job needs.
