01 · Build
Custom platforms.
I design and build the software your business runs on: sites, directories, dashboards, and content systems. You own every line of it.
How much does a build cost?
Four tiers fit a build: the Blitz, $1,000 (one to three pages, built properly); the Sprint, $2,500 (a simple site, done right); the Relay, $5,000 to $10,000 (a custom CMS, an SEO engine, and work that runs itself); the Marathon, from $20,000 (the whole operation, systemized). Every price is fixed to the deliverable, never billed by the hour.
How long does a build take?
The Blitz takes 3 to 5 days; the Sprint 2 to 3 weeks; the Relay three phases over about 9 weeks; the Marathon six phases over about 12 weeks. A phased build is signed one phase at a time: half of that phase up front, half when it lands.

Every build ends the same way. The code, the design, the content and the accounts are in your name, hosting and the domain are set up on accounts you own, and maintenance is included after launch before a care plan is ever discussed.
