StayEugene ("Eugene Direct Stays") is a direct-booking site for a collection of short-term rentals near Hayward Field and the University of Oregon. "Luxury Stays. Direct Value." Guests browse the collection on a live map with price pins, open a property, pick dates, and book directly with the host: no marketplace, no service fees, savings of 10–15% on every stay.
The build is the studio's booking CMS: property listings with per-property galleries, nightly pricing and guest capacity, a booking flow with instant confirmation, a price-comparison module (platform price vs direct price), a guest portal for current stays, and an email list for returning visitors. The same engine powers any booking or rental business (vacation homes, studios, equipment, appointments) with the host in full control of inventory, pricing, and brand.
