Agentic consulting.

Honest help with intelligent automation: what a trained agent can genuinely take off your plate, what it cannot, and how to tell the difference before you spend money.

An agentic consultation, on site

How much does agentic consulting cost?

Four tiers fit agentic consulting: the Consult, $8,000 to $20,000 (two to five days in your business, then a month of refining it); the Drop-In, $2,000 to $4,000 (one day, for one person or a few); the Relay, $5,000 to $10,000 (a custom CMS, an SEO engine, and work that runs itself); the Marathon, from $20,000 (the whole operation, systemized). Every price is fixed to the deliverable, never billed by the hour.

How long does agentic consulting take?

The Consult takes 2 to 5 days on site, then 30 days of refinement; the Drop-In one day, then 2 weeks of refinement; the Relay three phases over about 9 weeks; the Marathon six phases over about 12 weeks. A phased build is signed one phase at a time: half of that phase up front, half when it lands.

What a machine should do, and what it should not.

01

Agentic harness design

Custom agent systems that actually ship, designed and trained in-house: harness architecture, tool design, evaluation loops, guardrails.

  • Harness architecture and tool design
  • Evaluation loops before anything runs alone
  • Guardrails as part of the build

You get the harness, still yours when the model changes

Intelligence strategy

Where large language models pay off in your operations, and where they don't. Honest scoping before a line of code.

  • The tasks in your actual week, ranked
  • Where it pays off, and where I say skip it
  • Scoped before a line of code

Practice & small-business systems

Scheduling, intake, and back-office automation. A decade of clinical work means I speak fluent healthcare.

  • Scheduling and intake
  • The back office, automated
  • A decade in clinical work behind it

In your office, or for a day

The Consult is two to five days in your business and thirty days of refinement after, sized for a team of about ten or more. The Drop-In is one day, on site or remote, for one person or a few. Everything built during either is yours outright.

  • The Consult, $8,000 to $20,000
  • The Drop-In, $2,000 to $4,000
  • Refinement against a real week, included
