Oregon Counselors
A statewide mental-health directory built, branded, and grown end to end by this studio: custom platform, custom CMS, provider CRM and lead
Built for your field
I ran a private practice and I built the state's provider directory, so I know this vertical from both chairs. Psychology Today alone stopped being a marketing plan; clients now search Google, ask ChatGPT for recommendations, and judge you by your website before they ever call. Ulric builds the owned stack that carries a practice: a fast site with the structured data answer engines quote, a booking flow that fills the caseload without phone tag, and automation for the admin work that eats clinical hours.
The subscription
For a solo or small practice, most of what this page describes is a $99 subscription. I build the site and the Google profile once, connect your calendar for consult requests, and software does the recurring work: the monthly search report, the quarterly audit, the directory listing. You read the report.
Oregon licensees get the orcounselors listing included. Ads, social, and content stay a separate service, on purpose.
The same verified directory as a native iPhone app: browse by specialty and city, filter by insurance and telehealth, open a profile, and reach the practice from the screen. Your listing is in it the day your subscription starts, because it reads from the same profile as the website.
It is on the App Store now, free, for iPhone. Clinicians on Foundation or Local appear in it the same day their profile does.

Common questions
Yes, from the inside. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who ran a telehealth practice, worked residential treatment, and still works in corrections. Privacy sensibilities and clinical workflow fluency are built into everything I ship.
You need a mix: an owned site with real content, a tuned Google Business Profile, and selective directories that match your specialty. I build the owned stack and set up the rest so referrals compound instead of renting visibility.
That is a specialty of mine. Answer engines recommend specific providers based on structured, quotable content they find online. I publish FAQ schema, entity markup, and content shaped for exactly that.
Every engagement is scoped honestly on a free 15-minute call, with fixed milestones agreed up front. The audit plan is yours to act on with or without me.
