How it works

One form, one setup session, then a system that already knows your practice does the recurring work. Here is the whole sequence, with the parts that need you marked.

The intake is the source01

You fill in the start form: name and license, specialties and populations, fees and payment, telehealth or office and city, hours you would take a consult call, a bio in three short prompts, a headshot. Fifteen to twenty minutes. That form is not a message to me. It is the record everything else is built from.

Your site's pages, your directory listing, your Google profile's categories and services, your booking page's hours: all of it reads from that one profile. Change your fees in the dashboard and the fees page, the directory, and the schema all change. There is nothing to keep in sync because there is only one copy.

Needs you

The form, and your honest answers to it. Then a calendar connection (one OAuth screen, Google Workspace or Outlook) so consult requests land on your calendar with a video link.

Needs me

Reading your copy for anything a board would flag (outcome promises, superlatives, a testimonial from a current client), claiming your Google Business Profile, verifying your license against the directory, pointing your domain, launching. About two hours.

Cancel from the dashboard. The site stays up to the end of the paid month. Within thirty days you get an export of your pages, your consult requests, and your images, and then it is deleted here. Your domain was always yours. There is no cancellation fee, and I will not make you call anyone.
