Booking Desk: direct booking for five stays near Hayward Field

I rent five stays near Hayward Field in Eugene. Four of them are parts of one house: the 4-bed is the whole home, and it contains the 3-bed, the 2-bed and the studio. The garden cottage stands on its own.
That makes booking tricky. If someone books the 4-bed, the three units inside it are taken too. Returning guests also had no way to book with me directly.
How it works
Guests pick a stay, choose dates and send a request. The calendar already knows which units share rooms, so a booking blocks every unit it overlaps with.
On the host desk I approve or decline. Approving sends the contract, the invoice and the reminder schedule. Guests pay by PayPal or Venmo after I approve, not before.
Built with
ASP.NET Core 8, Angular, EF Core, MySQL, QuestPDF for contracts and invoices, Leaflet for the map and Chart.js for the desk.
Common questions
How does Booking Desk stop two guests booking the same room?
Four of the five stays are parts of one house, so the calendar already knows which units share rooms. A booking blocks every unit it overlaps with, which is why booking the 4-bed also takes the 3-bed, the 2-bed and the studio inside it.
Can returning guests book with me directly?
Yes. Guests pick a stay, choose dates and send a request, and I approve or decline it on the host desk. Guests pay by PayPal or Venmo after I approve, not before.
What happens when I approve a request?
Approving sends the contract, the invoice and the reminder schedule. QuestPDF generates the contract and the invoice, and the reminders run on the schedule from there.
What is Booking Desk built with?
ASP.NET Core 8, Angular, EF Core and MySQL, with QuestPDF for contracts and invoices, Leaflet for the map and Chart.js for the desk.
