This decides how your site asks for reviews, so I would rather you told me than have me guess. ACA C.3.b bars asking a former client, so a site on the ACA code carries no review card at all. Oregon holds every LPC and LMFT to the ACA code by rule, whether or not you are an ACA member, so those sites carry no card either. Pick the last option and I leave the card off until I have read the code you are actually held to.
