iLovable delivers one small, believable kindness a day: affirmations written the way a therapist would write them, specific, warm, and free of toxic-positivity gloss.

More than a daily card

What began as an affirmation app grew into the tools that sit around one: a private profile that tracks what a person is actually working on, a mood tracker with a thirty-day trend, a sobriety coach counting days with daily inventories and pledges, an IFS parts map for naming the voices in an internal conversation, a self-validation list a person builds in their own words, and a journal that never leaves the phone.

Design choices that matter

  • No streaks, no guilt: miss a day and nothing scolds you. The app is a gift, not a chore.
  • Clinically-informed language: affirmations grounded in self-compassion research, not poster clichés.
  • Private by design: nothing leaves the phone. No accounts, no tracking.

Part of the studio's family of small, humane iOS tools built by a licensed counselor who codes. The same clinical thinking runs through the web tools for practitioners.
