Care & operations.

After launch, I keep it running: updates, backups, monitoring, and a human who already knows your stack. Flat monthly plans, cancel anytime.

How much do care and operations cost?

Four tiers fit care and operations: Care, $199 a month (the site I built, kept current); Care with the assistant, $299 a month (care, plus the assistant kept trained); MLS feed, $149 a month (listings and closings that update themselves); the Tempo, $400 to $1,200 a month (a steady pace that reports to a number). Every plan is a flat monthly price, month to month, cancel anytime.

What does a month of care and operations cover?

Care covers visibility check and repairs, updates, backups, security, speed, and your small asks, about 2 hours monthly. Care with the assistant covers everything in Care, assistant training, and answer review, about 3 hours monthly. MLS feed covers feed watch and repair, compliance check, and the monthly RMLS report, about 1 hour monthly. The Tempo covers content, social cutting, links and PR, ads management, and the scorecard, about 2 to 6 hours monthly.

Flat, monthly, and yours to cancel

Every build includes maintenance first: thirty days on the Blitz, three months on the Sprint and Relay, six on the Marathon. After that, a flat monthly plan. Bigger work is quoted first and never started without your OK, and you can stop any month and keep everything.

  • Maintenance included after every build
  • Then a flat monthly plan
  • Bigger work quoted first, never started without your OK
