Sample site. The studio below is invented; the hero is real. Try it, then read how it works.

Press and pull to crumple, tap to bin. Camera: your hand does it.

How the hero feels under a hand. Saved in this browser.
What this is. Augmented reality, a product in the Ulric lab: a sample hero you control with your hand. The portrait is a paper-fold sequence with a real alpha channel, drawn on a canvas at the size your screen actually shows it; four materials to choose from, each one arriving as a single video the page decodes frame by frame, or as still frames where it cannot. The phone is your webcam with MediaPipe's hand landmarker running in the browser; nothing leaves the page. Hand openness scrubs the fold, hand position tilts the head. Make a fist and flick it across the camera to throw the crumple onto the pile at the bottom; a fresh head drops in. The pile holds a hundred. No camera, no problem: press on the portrait and pull down to crumple it; then tap the crumple, or drag it sideways and let go, to throw it.
Model: MediaPipe Hand Landmarker (21 points, one hand), GPU delegate where available.
Want this on your site
This one is a camera pipeline, a matted frame sequence, a gesture model, and a fallback for every visitor who says no to the camera. I build heroes like it for portfolio and product pages, launch pages too, and price them by the sprint. Bring a portrait or a product shot; the paper is optional.
